Airframe services
The HAECO Group offers extensive airframe maintenance capabilities, leveraging our strong engineering competencies and long-standing relationships with key OEMs. We provide nose-to-tail base maintenance at our advanced facilities in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland, including A- to D-checks and cabin modifications and reconfigurations. We are also one of the largest line maintenance service providers globally, offering a full suite of line maintenance, cabin and AOG recovery services at key airports around world.
Component services
Component repair, overhaul and preventive maintenance services are provided through our purpose-built shop facilities in key locations, with extensive component capabilities. We offer composite services, and also have full capability for landing gear overhaul employing state-of-the-art systems and equipment. Our component services include:
Engine services
HAECO Engine Services covers a wide range of value-added engine service offerings, from on-wing support and hospital shop visits through to full engine overhauls. Our HAESL facility in Hong Kong provides repair, overhaul and testing services for the Rolls-Royce Trent series, while GE90 engines are handled at HAECO Engine Services (Xiamen). Our on-wing teams are ready to mobilise at short notice with tooling and parts readily available.
Other services
We offer a range of additional services related to your needs, including the build-to-print manufacturing of airframe parts and spares at our dedicated plant in Xiamen in the Chinese Mainland. Our round-the-clock AOG support can get your aircraft back into service in the shortest time possible, while HAECO Technical Training continues to produce the next generation of homegrown aircraft engineering professionals.
