Parts manufacturing

Our parts manufacturing facility at HAECO Xiamen offers build-to-print manufacturing of airframe parts and spares for OEMs and aircraft manufacturers, specialising in machined parts, sheet metal parts and wire bundles. We offer a wide range of design and manufacturing capabilities.

What we offer

Process and tool design, numerical control programming, plating and non-destructive and mechanical testing
Aircraft structure, cabin and modification parts, wire bundles and composite part assemblies
HKAR-21 POA, Boeing BQMS and BVQI (AS9100-2000) certified
Accredited by Nadcap for NDT, heat treatment and chemical processing

Approvals

We have approvals for airframe, engine and component maintenance, as well as cabin design and products, from regulatory authorities worldwide, including Asia-Pacific, Africa, the Americas, the European Union and the Middle East.
