HAECO unveils new Global Engine Support facility in Dallas

HAECO is pleased to announce the commencement of operations at its new, state-of-the-art global engine support facility in Dallas, effective 1 February  2025. This cutting-edge facility spans 290,000 square feet and features over 36 maintenance bays designed to enhance the company’s capacity and capabilities for major engine services. The facility was officially unveiled during a preview event held over the weekend, attended by employees, customers, business partners, and notable guests, including the Mayor Pro Tem of Dallas, Mr. Tennell Atkins, demonstrating strong support for this exciting aviation development within the local community.

Established in 2019, HAECO Global Engine Support is a member of the HAECO Group and provides 24/7 on-wing and off-wing engine support from key locations including Dallas, Hong Kong, Amsterdam, and London. With state-of-the-art tooling, training, and capabilities to support a global customer base, HAECO Global Engine Support aims to minimize engine downtime through a comprehensive network of EASA- and FAA-approved hospital engine shops covering all major engine types. The new Dallas facility will focus on a range of services, including on-wing inspections, quick turn repairs, engine changes, and storage capacity for lease returns.

HAECO Global Engine Support employs approximately 265 professionals worldwide, with over 80 based in Dallas. The new facility is expected to generate more than 100 new aviation repair jobs, making a significant impact on the local economy. HAECO will also prioritise talent development through extensive training programmes aimed at cultivating a skilled workforce ready to tackle the increasing needs of the aviation industry.
