HAECO, a leading global aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services provider, is pleased to announce the signing of a new engine agreement with Garuda Indonesia Airlines. Signed today at MRO Asia-Pacific in Singapore, the agreement covers the performance restoration shop visits (PRSVs) of three GE90 engines by HAECO Engine Services (Xiamen) through 2028. 

The new agreement builds on the partnership established between HAECO and Garuda Indonesia in 2025, which marked HAECO’s first direct engine services agreement with an airline customer in the Asia-Pacific region. Together, the new commitment further strengthens the relationship between the two companies and reflects Garuda Indonesia’s continued confidence in HAECO’s engine MRO capabilities.

Since establishing the partnership in 2025, HAECO has completed two GE90 PRSVs and one GE90 quick turn for Garuda Indonesia, while two additional GE90 engines are currently undergoing PRSVs at its facilities. The new agreement secures a further three GE90 PRSVs through 2028.

The company is an authorised GE90 Service Provider, a GE90 Centre of Excellence and the sole holder of the GE90 Brand Service Agreement (GBSA) in Asia through 2040. It further strengthened its position in the GE90 market through its exclusive 15-year Material Service Agreement with GE Aerospace in 2024, providing priority access to material resources and enabling enhanced support for airline customers worldwide.
