HAECO marked International Women’s Day on 8 March with a series of activities inspired by this year’s theme, Give to Gain, recognising the contributions of women across our business and reinforcing our commitment to an inclusive workplace.

Across our locations, colleagues came together to mark the day through a range of meaningful activities. In Hong Kong, teams participated in a DIY bracelet workshop and a charity flower sale in partnership with Plan International. In the Chinese Mainland, HAECO Engine Services presented a small gift to each woman employee, with members of the management team delivering them in person. HAECO Composite Services also organised a day trip to Chaoshan, offering our colleagues the opportunity to explore the region’s mountain and coastal scenery together.

These moments reflect HAECO’s continued focus on respect, inclusion, and wellbeing at work. Thank you to everyone who took part—and to the organisers who helped make the day memorable.
