During Pride Month in June, we set up an engaging booth in our canteen to capture colleagues’ attention and spark meaningful conversations. Additionally, we organized a lucky-draw quiz that enhanced awareness by educating participants on important LGBT+ issues.

By cultivating a work environment where people can express themselves freely and confidently, we foster creativity and ensure everyone feels heard and respected.
