On 29 September 2025, the HAECO Component Overhaul team in Xiamen held a special ceremony to honour our Safety Influencer Team (SIT), a dedicated group of safety ambassadors who champion a strong safety culture. 

The event celebrated their achievement in receiving the HAECO Group Safety & Quality Excellence Award in mid-2025, while the first-generation SIT was also recognised with the HAECO Group Safety & Quality Recognition Award for their impactful contributions over the past year. 

During the awards ceremony, our Group management team commended the SIT for their contributions in strengthening staff communication and building a strong safety culture at HAECO. They encouraged the SIT to continue using their positive influence to promote safety as a collective responsibility and to work together in building an even safer workplace. 

The event, which featured interactive safety-themed games, also marked the graduation of the inaugural SIT cohort and the welcome of a second group of volunteer staff, who will carry on the mission of advancing safety awareness and company-wide engagement.
