This summer, HAECO welcomed 24 enthusiastic and talented interns who joined our dynamic global operations in Hong Kong, the Chinese Mainland, and the USA. Representing a diverse range of disciplines, these young professionals brought new ideas and energy to our teams such has Engineering, Corporate Communications, Commercial, Safety & Quality, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, and more. 

Our interns gained valuable hands-on experience by contributing to a variety projects, from using Python to conduct aircraft cleaning operations to evaluating and enhancing the indoor air quality in our facilities. They also played an integral role in the development and implementation of digital and maintenance systems, adding value to our operations while acquiring practical skills that will benefit their future careers.  

The internship programme reflects our steadfast commitment to nurturing young talent and cultivating the next generation of industry leaders by providing them with meaningful, real-world experiences.
