HAECO recently hosted a series of Career Milestones Ceremonies to celebrate the professional growth and achievements of our team members. It was wonderful to gather our colleagues together to celebrate their impressive accomplishments and well-deserved promotions.

A dedicated ceremony was held to honour 247 colleagues from across Line and Base Maintenance on their promotion to Lead Aircraft Maintenance Licensed Technicians (AMLTs). This remarkable milestone is a testament of their exceptional skill and dedication, which are fundamental to maintaining HAECO's industry-leading standards.

To commemorate the occasion, each colleague received a unique gift: a custom box containing a personalised 3D-printed card holder, symbolising our appreciation for their individual achievements.
