I used to be an investment specialist in the real estate business, but I decided to challenge myself and join the aviation industry. I’d already been deeply impressed by HAECO’s rich history and leading position in the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) industry and now I’m enjoying every moment of being one of the HAECO Group’s latest batch of Graduate Trainees.

I’m currently based in HAECO Xiamen as part of a three-year training period during which I will rotate across departments and learn on the job. As part of the Human Resources Department I’ve already been involved in two company-wide projects focusing on employee training and language enhancement – projects that allow me to understand more about the operational processes and procedures of our 21 departments here in Xiamen.

I’m passionate about sustainability, and HAECO’s Sustainable Today, Thriving Tomorrow pledge resonates deeply. The company’s continuous and innovative efforts to improve its core technologies and services fuel my ambition to grow with HAECO.

I’ve also participated in many diversity and inclusion activities organised by the HAECO Women’s Network and HAECO Male Allies to date. Without a doubt, diversity and inclusiveness are two main driving forces to stimulate HAECO’s growth and continuity. I hope to see more passionate women join the MRO industry to take up leadership roles.
