Inspired by a former colleague’s glowing praise for HAECO’s vibrant culture and management, Jody Sottile made the leap to join HAECO Americas in 2013. Over the past twelve years, she has witnessed the exciting evolution of aircraft maintenance, fuelled by groundbreaking technological advancements.

Jody is a firm believer that technology is the heartbeat of business progress and innovation. One of her standout achievements has been the rollout of the ARC system—an innovative internal tool that transforms how HAECO visualises headcount assignments and daily planning. By streamlining manual and administrative tasks, the ARC system empowers the production team to focus on what really matters, driving personal growth and boosting productivity. “At HAECO, embracing technological innovation is part of our DNA,” Jody enthusiastically shares.
