HAECO Group announced today that Klaus-Peter Leinauer has joined the Group as Vice President of Group Commercial for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Based in Germany and reporting to the group’s Hong Kong-based Chief Commercial Officer, he will oversee the Group’s efforts in strengthening commercial focus in the EMEA regions. Mr Leinauer has extensive experience in the aviation industry, particularly in the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) market. He has spent more than 20 years in leadership positions with various industry MROs and OEMs.

To support Mr Leinauer in his new role, Peter Eaton and Dennis Kimm, both previously Sales Directors for HAECO Cabin Solutions in Europe, have also joined the EMEA team to further bolster HAECO’s group-wide relationships with its regional customers.

The new HAECO Group Commercial organisation started operations in July 2021 with four regionally-based commercial teams in place to support customers based in Asia-Pacific (APAC), the Chinese mainland, Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and the Americas. These dedicated teams will provide customers with easy access to the full range of HAECO Group products and services covering Airframe, Cabin, Component and Engine.

The establishment of this new organisation is intended to help enhance HAECO’s customer focus and supplement existing commercial relationships with its customers. Through the new structure, customers will benefit from closer collaboration with HAECO, more innovative solutions to meet their operational needs and enhanced efficiency in the services that HAECO provides.
