HAECO establishes component maintenance for primary and secondary hydraulic flight controls in Xiamen to support Airbus A320 and A330 aircraft

HAECO, a leading global provider of one-stop aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) solutions, is pleased to announce a new component maintenance agreement with Safran Electronics & Defense Actuation Systems to support the Airbus A320 and A330 aircraft. Under the agreement, the two companies will collaborate to provide comprehensive repair and overhaul services for flight control and actuation components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for operators in the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to this agreement, HAECO had also established partnerships with Safran on other aircraft maintenance projects, including being authorised by Safran Aerosystems to develop maintenance capabilities for the C919 evacuation slide, and collaborating with Safran Aircraft Engines on the installation of the Reverse Bleed System on LEAP engines. This new agreement further strengthens the cooperation between the two companies, highlighting their shared commitment to delivering high-quality, localised maintenance solutions that meet the evolving needs of global operators and customers.

As an operating company within the HAECO Group, HAECO Component Overhaul offers a comprehensive range of repair and overhaul services for aircraft components, which includes supporting the closed-loop repairs of components from airframe maintenance checks and on-wing engine services. With purpose-built facilities in Hong Kong and Xiamen, the Chinese Mainland, HAECO also operates as an OEM-authorised repair station, providing certified and warranty repair services for a wide variety of component types.
