HAECO, a global leader in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) solutions, is pleased to announce the launch of a specialised modular replacement service for Rolls-Royce Trent 1000 engines at its London Heathrow facility. This strategic initiative, developed in collaboration with Rolls-Royce, is a key component of HAECO’s ‘front porch of the overhaul shop’ strategy, delivering flexible, rapid-response maintenance solutions directly at the point of operation.

HAECO Global Engine Support, a dedicated engine services operating company under HAECO Group, is now one of only four locations worldwide authorised to perform major modular replacements for the Trent 1000, specifically the Module 32 (Intermediate Pressure Compressor) and Module 41 (High Pressure Compressor). The replacement utilises the efficient horizontal strip method, a process that significantly reduces turnaround times, extends engine time on wing, and helps optimise global MRO capacity for Rolls-Royce customers.
