Development path

Shape your career in aviation through our specialised streams, offering opportunities to develop expertise in areas critical to HAECO’s success: • MRO Operations Build hands-on experience in the core areas of aircraft maintenance and operations, such as Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance, Planning & Production Control, Material Management and other operational functions. • Supporting Functions Develop expertise in functions that enable HAECO's success, such as Commercial, Business Improvement, Safety & Quality, Procurement, Group Functions and other professional disciplines.
