HAECO recently welcomed 20 families and 24 children to its Hong Kong hangar for Mini Mechanic Experience Day, offering them a special behind-the-scenes introduction to aircraft maintenance.

Dressed in mini mechanic overalls, the children took part in guided tours and explored different areas of the hangar, getting up close to aircraft and learning more about the maintenance environment. They also enjoyed hands-on craft workshops, adding a creative element to the day’s activities.

It was a wonderful opportunity for colleagues to show their families where they work, while also giving the children an inspiring glimpse into the world of aviation maintenance.
