At HAECO, we recognise that our people are the cornerstone of our success. To show how much we value our team members, HAECO Hong Kong dedicated several days this year to honour employees in various roles and functions whose contributions keep our operations running smoothly every day.

During October and November, a series of events were organised to acknowledge the professionalism of aircraft painters, technicians, and drivers. These individuals participated in activities such as aircraft knowledge and tooling skill tests and road safety quizzes. Thoughtful gifts, including custom keychains and waist pouches, were presented as tokens of appreciation for their hard work and commitment throughout the year.

Other events were also held to recognise the contributions of cleaners and planners. Cleaning staff from our line and base maintenance teams engaged in mini games designed to test their expertise, and received bags printed with a warm message. This year also saw the introduction of Planners Day on 6 and 12 November, which paid tribute to line maintenance planning staff through interactive activities and meaningful souvenirs.

These staff appreciation days have become a cherished annual tradition at HAECO Hong Kong. They not only reinforce our people’s dedication but also cultivate a culture of esteem and recognition.
