Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL), a joint venture of HAECO Group and Rolls-Royce, hosted a Health and Safety Week in August 2025 as a powerful reminder that safety is not just about following procedures — it is a mindset, a shared responsibility, and a reflection of how much individuals care for one another.

Throughout Health and Safety Week, HAESL reinforced key safety messages through targeted initiatives designed to strengthen engagement and awareness across the organisation. A key highlight was the Safety Charter session, where every staff member was invited to make a personal pledge to stay safe, followed by departmental photos to celebrate their collective commitment to health and safety.

A series of health and safety talks were also conducted during the week, focusing on health topics related to daily operations. Health experts delivered sessions on spinal care, manual handling techniques, and hearing protection. These sessions aimed to increase awareness of common risks and promote simple, effective habits that support our colleagues’ well-being.

In addition, supervisor-level colleagues participated in two sessions of behaviour-based safety training, equipping them to lead by example and foster a proactive safety culture across teams.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do at HAECO Group. By engaging our colleagues in these impactful activities, we strengthen our shared commitment to safety and embed these vital values into every aspect of our operations.
