HAECO has commenced trials of drone-assisted aircraft inspections at its facilities in the USA, marking a significant step in integrating advanced technology into its maintenance operations.

Developed in collaboration with Donecle, this initiative utilizes autonomous drones to enhance the processes in detecting structural defects, assessing paint quality, and identifying lightning strike damage. By deploying drone technology, HAECO enhances safety by reducing the need for manual inspections in hard-to-reach areas while maintaining stringent quality standards.

As part of its ongoing innovation strategy, HAECO continues to explore transformative technologies, including robotics and data analytics, to further elevate its maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services.
