HAECO Engine Services (Xiamen)'s training programme is structured to identify potential employees to become future MRO professionals. It is supported by mentoring programmes in which experienced leaders or senior staff teach their mentees the skills required. We encourage diverse learning and development to enhance our capabilities. Riding on its long-standing partnership with GE, HAECO Engine Services (Xiamen)'s technical trainees receive both classroom and on-the-job training from aviation maintenance experts coming from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, the US, the UK and Japan.
