STAECO operates five hangars at the Jinan Yaoqiang Airport in Shandong, which can accommodate 10 fully docked Boeing 737/Airbus A320 series narrowbody aircraft. Its 10 maintenance production lines are supported by fully-equipped facilities and workshops. A parts and spares centre, bonded store and component centre are also on-site.

Airframe Services
With six double-bay maintenance hangars capable of accommodating 12 widebody and 5 narrowbody aircraft, HAECO Xiamen’s headquarters at the Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport comprise one of the world’s largest airframe maintenance facilities. Supporting its overhaul services are a wide range of in-house backshops and fabrication facilities, as well as testing and calibration laboratories.

Component Services

Engine Services
HAECO Engine Services (Xiamen) provides full engine overhaul and component repair services for the GE Aviation GE90-110/115B aircraft engines at the Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, its advanced facilities also include a state-of-the-art engine test cell rated to 150,000 pounds of thrust, providing full engine testing services for the GE Aviation GE90 series engines.
Parts Manufacturing
A build-to-print manufacturer of airframe parts and spares for OEMs and aircraft manufacturers, HAECO Xiamen holds HKAR-21 POA, Boeing BQMS and BVQI (AS9100-2000) certifications. It is accredited by Nadcap for NDT, heat treatment and chemical processing. It also provides Boeing and Airbus approved special processes.
Private Jet Solutions
As Asia’s first and only Airbus-approved and Boeing-licensed private jet cabin completion centre, HAECO Private Jet Solutions provides turnkey solutions encompassing industrial design, design engineering and certification, cabin completion supported by specialised cabin support shops, and after-sales support, as well as airframe maintenance.
Technical Training
Provides a comprehensive range of aviation maintenance courses and training services. The HAECO Xiamen Technical Training Centre is equipped with simulation-based maintenance training suites as well as standard practices workshops and aircraft components to meet various training needs. It offers Airbus Competence Training and is the only facility in the Chinese mainland to hold CCAR-147, HKAR-147 and EASA Part-147 training approvals.
Airframe Services
Representing a total investment of HK$1.6 billion, HAECO's three heavy maintenance hangars at the Hong Kong International Airport are amongst the most technologically advanced in Asia, with 22 maintenance positions capable of accommodating a wide range of commercial aircraft types. Its 150,000 square-metre facility also houses a wide range of advanced support shops, bonded stores, internationally compliant paint bays, engine igloos and testing laboratories.
Line Services

Component Services
HAECO operates a purpose-built Component Overhaul and Avionics workshops and Calibration and Metrology Centre located in Tseung Kwan O, comprising 10,000 sqm of workshop space. The group also operates an advanced refurbishment and overhaul facilities in Tseung Kwan O, serving the rapidly growing aviation industry across Asia Pacific.
Engine Services
With an annual throughput of over 250 Rolls-Royce aircraft engines, HAESL's state-of-the-art facility in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong has a total of 40 engine bays, a range of environmentally controlled workshops and a hoisting system capable of bearing 25 tonnes. It is also equipped with one of the largest test cells in Asia, capable of testing engines generating up to 130,000 pounds of thrust.
At its facility at the Hong Kong International Airport, HAECO Global Engine Support provides a wide range of on-wing and off-wing engine services as well as a dedicated NDT team deployable worldwide for routine and ad-hoc inspections. Its Hong Kong facility comprises three dedicated engine workshops and 70 climatically-controlled engine storages.
Inventory Technical Management
The HAECO ITM component pool is based in Hong Kong, situated at the Hong Kong International Airport to leverage on its excellent air freight networks and cargo handling infrastructure.
Cabin Solutions
The Group provides a comprehensive suite of cabin products and solutions for most commercial aircraft types. Staffed by design and engineering professionals with a wealth of programme management experience, HAECO offers hassle-free cabin solutions to customers covering design, vendor management, installation to certification.
Technical Training
Localised professional training is delivered at HAECO Hong Kong’s technical training facilities at the Hong Kong International Airport and Tseung Kwan O. HAECO Hong Kong is the only organisation in the Asia Pacific region authorised by HKCAD to operate an Examination Centre. It is also an Airbus Maintenance Training Services Partner with fully qualified instructors and facilities, providing Airbus training for Group employees and customers in the region.
Airframe Services
Located on the campus of Greensboro, North Carolina's Piedmont Triad International Airport, HAECO Americas's Greensboro facility is a 94,000 sqm purpose-built facility for aircraft base maintenance. The complex includes four widebody hangars (Hangars 1-4) as well as a fifth hangar (Hangar 5) for narrowbody aircraft. The facility is largely self-supported, with complete backshop operations including structural, electrical, avionics and advanced composites. The facility complex also includes corporate and customer offices, an on-site training centre, as well as shipping and receiving facilities.

Cabin Solutions
Located in Wallburg, North Carolina, the 11,000 sqm HAECO Cabin Solutions facility houses manufacturing, passenger seat assembly, dynamic testing and a full cycle test lab. The state-of-the-art test lab capabilities include static testing, reliability testing and flammability testing, as well as a newly installed dynamic test sled which can simulate 16G horizontal and 14G vertical thresholds.
