Materiel Management Division provides comprehensive services comprising of planning/provisioning, purchasing, inventory control, asset management, warehousing and distribution of spares/equipment to cater to the needs of the production business units and customers in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Services
Division operates on a 24/7 basis providing extensive range of services to internal and external customers:
  • Total component support including rotable ownership, float management, repair management, configuration control/modifications, technical services and AOG/outstation support
  • Material receiving/inspection in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Warehousing and distribution of spares to multi-production centres including overseas logistics service
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management including consignment stocks administration
  • Material control and customer liaison to ensure timely completion of aircraft projects
  • Service centres for pre-kitting/pre-loading spares as an integral part of our supply chain

Value-added Programmes
  • Spares Distribution/Distribution Centre - provides cost-effective warehousing and distribution services to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and distributors.
  • Rotable Support/Exchange Programmes - provision of a range of rotables pool to support customer airlines during transit or heavy maintenance at Hong Kong International Airport.
  • Zero-Base Inventory Programmes - partnering with OEMs/distributors, we are positioned to offer consignment programmes which aims at reducing procurement and inventory carrying costs for regional airlines.
  • Stores and Logistics Service - provision of receiving/inspection, warehousing, import/export services and component repairs administration for regional airlines.
  • Aircraft-On-Ground Support - assists regional airlines in aircraft-on-ground situations with spares support, wherever possible.
