A team of dedicated professional engineers provide round-the-clock engineering support to aircraft undergoing maintenance in our facility, including in-house design/development of structural repair schemes, modification, etc., in close co-ordination with customers' technical / QA personnel and associated National Aviation Authorities. Department also holds Hong Kong CAD design approval.
Design Engineering
Engineering Services is staffed by Structures, Avionics, Interior and System engineers and provides modification services for customer airlines
  • Various aircraft PTF conceptual study and detail design in co-operation with OEM partners and engineering companies
  • Aircraft interior reconfiguration design and integration planning
  • Avionics systems upgrade projects, such as FMS, FANS, TAWS, FQIS, etc

Design Approval
Engineering Services holds Design Approval Authority from Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (HKCAD) and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) under which they can issue reports and approve designs / modifications for airframes and components.  TOP

Production Engineering
Technical support is provided to customer airlines, whilst undergoing heavy maintenance checks.
